Andy Nelson has 20 years’ experience in real estate and economic development, project finance, legislative advocacy, and commercial real estate brokerage and consulting. His clients come from government and private sectors, spanning business expansion projects, economic impact analysis, and innovative PPPs. Andy’s extensive community service includes posts on the boards of the Coastal Conservation Association, Portland Development Corporation, and Maine Real Estate & Development Association. As a founding member, Andy anchors the firm’s economic and community development activities and local government relationships, and he directs community giving programs and activities.
Andy is an alumnus of the University of Vermont (BA ’92).
