Biddeford breaks ground on RiverWalk parking garage

Years in the making, city officials hope the parking garage will be a key component in the revitalization effort for the city’s mill district.

The garage is one of the first steps the city is taking to revitalize the mill district, and city officials hope it will facilitate the area’s economic development. As a result of debate over public dollars being put toward a project that benefited private entities the city partnered with TFIC to finance the project.
